With version 1.2.1 published on October 1st. of IndexReloaded, we have dealt extensively with the topic of page cache. 15 plugins for page cache were tested and examined for compatibility with IndexReloaded.
The conclusion is that, with 2 exceptions, IndexReloaded is compatible with all page cache plugins in the previous versions.
Except for a few details, the pre-1.2.0 IndexReloaded works with a page cache, but we had to make improvements to AJAX calls and the creation of Critical CSS (CCSS).
The page cache plugins that IndexReloaded 1.2.1. recognizes are WP Fastest Cache, W3 Total Cache, Super Page Cache, Rapid Cache, Hummingbird, WP Optimize, Hyper Cache, SpeedyCache, Comet Cache, Cache Enabler, Borlabs Cache, Cachify, Swift Performance Lite, LiteSpeed Cache and WP Super Cache.

In the world of WordPress, there are countless plugins that offer the use of a page cache. These plugins are extremely important for the performance of WordPress pages. The server response time drops drastically from often over 600ms to 10 to 40ms.
As far as the WordPress website allows, page cache plugins are therefore an important component for improving website performance and achieving better performance values on PageSpeed Insights.
